Write your ISO 9001 Quality Policy in a minute

A Quality Policy is the short statement of intent clause 5.2 asks top management to set, sign and communicate. Most of the ones auditors see could belong to any business, which is exactly what gets flagged. Answer five questions about yours and get a policy that names your work, your customers and what you actually control.

The more specific, the better the policy. Name the work, not the industry.

What you promise customers, what goes wrong when it slips, and anything you already measure.

We don't ask you to sign up. The PDF is emailed so you have a copy to sign — nothing else.

Questions people ask

Is this a real ISO 9001 Quality Policy?
Yes. It follows clause 5.2: it fits your business, commits you to meeting customer and regulatory requirements and to continual improvement, and gives a framework for quality objectives. It's a draft until your top management reviews, signs and communicates it — which the standard requires and we can't do for you.
Do I have to sign up?
No. The policy appears on screen. We ask for an email address only if you want the formatted PDF sent to you, and every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe.
Will an auditor accept it?
An auditor checks that the policy is appropriate to your business, communicated, and actually followed. This gives you the first part. The rest is evidence: objectives you track, records you keep, and people who know what the policy says.
What do you do with my answers?
They're used to write your policy and nothing else. We don't keep them once the policy is generated, and we don't keep your IP address.
